Overview
The Business and Operations sub-team is the backbone of RoboGym Robotics. While engineering builds the robot, we build the team brand, secure funding, and manage logistics to ensure our long-term sustainability.
Our responsibilities include Fundraising, Grant Writing, Outreach, and Award Submissions. We work to spread the message of FIRST and STEM in our community while maintaining strong relationships with our sponsors and partners.
Finance & Fundraising
Securing the resources we need through corporate sponsorships, local partnerships, and grant applications.
Media & Branding
Managing our social media presence, creating video content, and designing team apparel and imagery (like this website!).
